I’m Yeama Kamara, founder of Zawadi Curated, a boutique curation firm based in Indianapolis. My work is rooted in storytelling and attainable luxury: spaces that feel unhurried and intentional. Whether it’s a professional gathering, your home or an intimate dinner, I care about the same thing: that every guest feels the thought behind the room.

I have always been the one that notices the details: the lighting, the scent in the room, the personalized touches on the walls and whether everyone has a seat that feels right. And as a Sierra Leonean woman, I grew up learning that hospitality is love made visible. You make room for people. You feed them well. You make sure they feel at home. That is the heart of everything I curate.

I call this work curating because every space has a story. Curating means setting the intention first, then letting every detail, from the décor to the flow of the room, tell that story so the space speaks for itself. Each Zawadi experience is approached as a gift (nod to its meaning): something thoughtfully given to the people in the room.
